Dream FC was created with a simple but powerful belief: soccer should open doors, not close them. It should inspire confidence, build character, and give young athletes a place where they feel seen, supported, and challenged.

We are a community-driven soccer club based in New York, built to provide players with a meaningful, high-quality soccer experience rooted in development, integrity, and purpose. From our youngest players taking their first touches to our high school athletes preparing for the next level, Dream FC exists to help players grow — not just as soccer players, but as people.

Founded in 2025

Founded by former players and leaders who either played overseas or grew up in countries where youth sports were affordable and community-driven, Dream FC NY is built on the belief that elite soccer shouldn't come with an elite price tag.

Dream FC exists to develop confident, skilled, and resilient soccer players in an environment that values growth, character, and community.

We believe soccer is a powerful teacher. Through it, players learn how to work hard, overcome adversity, lead others, and believe in themselves. Our mission is to guide athletes through that journey with purpose, structure, and care — helping them reach their potential on the field while becoming strong, thoughtful individuals off it.

As a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, our mission is simple:

Why We Started Dream FC

Dream FC was founded after seeing too many talented players lose their love for the game — not because they lacked ability, but because they lacked the right environment.

We saw athletes burning out too early.

Families overwhelmed by confusion and pressure.

Players being labeled instead of developed.

Dream FC was built to be different.

We started this club to create a soccer home where:

Players are coached, not managed
Development matters more than status
Confidence is built, not demanded
Every athlete has a pathway to grow

Dream FC offers a structured pathway from youth soccer through high school competition. As players grow, expectations increase — helping them mature athletically, mentally, and emotionally. Whether a player is just starting their journey or aiming to compete at a high level, there is a place for them at Dream FC.

Leagues

At Dream FC, we aim to field two teams per age group and gender. Team placement and league participation are determined by the overall level of play within each group.

Our teams will compete in a combination of the following leagues:

EDP (Elite Development Program)

Team Placement & Tryouts

Following tryouts, families will receive an email notification within two days regarding team selection.

Dream FC features a two-tiered team system:

Pink Team – Our top-level, most competitive team
Blue Team – A developmental team focused on growth and progression

Once the season begins, we do not add outside players to the Pink Team. Player movement to the Pink Team will only occur through promotion from the Blue Team, based on performance, attitude, and commitment during the season. If a player from the Pink Team, is consistently missing practices and games, they will also be swapped with a player from the Blue Team.

What Makes Dream FC Different?

There are many soccer clubs. Few are built with intention.

Yes, Tryouts are required to join Dream FC. However If you missed the tryouts date, please contact us here to schedule an evaluation with one of our coaches.
All practices will be located at Woodlands Middle/High School at 475 Hartsdale Avenue, Hartsdale, NY
Games are determined once the season starts and will be in multiple locations throughout Westchester County.
Some Tournaments will be located at Woodlands Middle/High School, more details TBD.

We do not define players by early results. We believe in long-term growth and meeting athletes where they are. Every player develops at their own pace, and our job is to guide that journey.
More isn’t always better. Our sessions are focused, demanding, and designed to maximize learning. Quality, clarity, and consistency drive everything we do.
We use soccer as a platform to teach responsibility, resilience, teamwork, and leadership. Older players are encouraged to mentor younger ones, and all athletes are taught to represent something bigger than themselves.
